Shipping Time

The average shipping time for an order, from when it is placed on the website to when it is delivered to your hands, is 48 business hours.

Insurance

Please remember that your package is 100% insured. In case it doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, replacement or refund is ALWAYS provided, depending on the situation. To learn about the procedures for understanding the Right of Withdrawal and requesting a refund, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal and Refund page.

Processing Time

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours. If you do not receive shipping confirmation within this time frame, please contact us immediately at the email address provided.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available, usually within 24 business hours. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

Failed Deliveries

Failed deliveries remain in the courier’s warehouse in your city. If you do not arrange for pickup, they will be returned to our warehouses after 10 days.

If the tracking code indicates the package as “delivered” or “delivery failed,” remember to contact the courier to arrange a new delivery date or to personally pick it up.

If there are further issues or if the package is returned to the sender at times different from those indicated above, please contact us.

Delivery Delays

If for any reason your package does not arrive within 14 business days from the date of your order, please contact us immediately.

Based on the status of your tracking code, we may proceed with the immediate dispatch of a new order.

If the previously ordered package also arrives at your address, you may keep both the initial shipment and the replacement shipment.

If for any reason your order does not arrive after 30 days from the placement date (and if a new order has not been arranged with the Fabulous team), we will promptly issue a refund as indicated in the conditions on the Right of Withdrawal and Refund page.

If the new package arrives late, you may still keep both the item and the refund.

Note: Refund requests must be made after 30 days from the order but always and in any case before receiving the package. If the package is received after 60 days and a refund was requested after its receipt, the normal procedure must be followed, as outlined on the Right of Withdrawal and Refund page.
